How can I place an order?

All orders can be placed via our website. Quotes can be requested in writing via email to grindcatering@gmail.com or through the "contact us" page.

If you prefer to be pay for your order via invoice, please send your order by email or from the contact form on the website. We will then generate an invoice for you.

Our friendly team is more than happy to answer any of your questions over the phone.

When is the cut off time?

Orders to be placed prior to 1:30pm the previous day, unless specified on the item.

For larger orders for 30+ people a few days' notice is appreciated.

Last minute orders may be accepted between 1:30pm and 5pm subject to availability. Please email grindcatering@gmail.com

What are the delivery days and times?

We can delivery anytime from 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please view the "Delivery" page for pricing.

If you require weekend or public holiday catering, or deliveries outside of these times, please email grindcatering@gmail.com prior to placing your order.

Do you allow pick-ups?

Yes! Orders can be picked up from our cafe anytime from 6am to 2:30pm.

Do you cater to all dietary requirements?

We can cater for most dietary requirements. When placing your order, please note the dietary needs within the text box provided at checkout. Should we not be able to cater for a specific dietary requirement, we will let you know.

How do I make amendments to my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please send them in writing to grindcatering@gmail.com. We will assist with these changes and confirm once your order has been successfully modified to your requirements.

Please make sure to submit all amendment requests before the order cut-off time.
